The Druid Hills Property Owners Association (DHPOA) is a volunteer-led organization dedicated to preserving the natural beauty, peaceful character, and property values of the Druid Hills neighborhood in Florissant, Colorado. Our members work together to promote responsible ownership, maintain community standards, and foster strong neighborly relationships.

Our neighborhood is just 40 minutes west of Colorado Springs, surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Pike National Forest and just minutes from the world-renowned Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument.

What We Do

The POA manages key responsibilities that help Druid Hills remain one of Florissant’s most desirable communities:​

Maintain and enforce Governing Documents

Oversee the Architectural Review process

Collect and manage Annual Dues

Host POA meetings and provide updates

Promote safety, conservation, and community standards

Support new residents with information and guidance

Located in the heart of Teller County, Colorado, Druid Hills offers access to hiking, fishing, 4-wheeling, snowshoeing, and more. Nearby attractions include:​

  • Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument (within walking distance)

  • Mueller State Park — scenic trails, wildlife viewing, and camping

  • Eleven Mile State Park and Reservoir — known for fishing, boating, and open water views

  • Yes, all property owners in the Druid Hills subdivision are automatically members of the POA and are expected to comply with the governing documents, including covenants and architectural guidelines.

  • Annual dues are currently $75 per lot and are due each year on January 1. For payment instructions or to check your status, visit our Pay Dues page.
